Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 1/2 c. all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk
  • 1 3/4 c. (14 ounce. pkg.) M & M's or possibly Toll House chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. To sour lowfat milk, use 2 1/4 tsp. vinegar plus sufficient lowfat milk to equal 3/4 c..
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs, vanilla, and beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt; add in alternately with buttermilk to creamed mix. Stir in M & M's or possibly chocolate chips. Drop by level 1/4 cupfuls 3" apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 14 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold slightly, remove from cookie sheet to a wire rack. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen 4" cookies.
