Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 c. Skim Lowfat milk
  •     Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 lb Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 lrg Onion -- thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb Cabbage -- shredded
  • 1/2 lb Low-fat Smoked Sausage thinly sliced

Direcciones

  1. Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, and lowfat milk. Season to taste.
  2. Spread a third of the potato slices in the bottom of a greased 3-qt casserole. Distribute half the onion, half the cabbage, and half the kielbasa.
  3. Add in a third of the sauce. Repeat the layers.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 min or possibly till the potatoes are tender.
  5. If there is sufficient liquid in the casserole, you can remove the cover for the last 15 min of baking time.
