Portobello Mushroom And Orzo Salad

Ingredientes

  • 1 x portobello large mushroom
  • 1 x orzo
  • 1/4 c. minced ginger
  • 1 c. beans, sprouts
  • 1 c. green onion
  • 1/4 c. coriander
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. red pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 pch salt
  • 1 pch pepper
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x juice of 1/4 orange

Direcciones

  1. Cook orzo in boiling salted water till al dente.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, and fold in 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Add in minced mushroom, bean sprouts, minced green onion, minced coriander, soya sauce, vinegar, finely minced red pepper, salt and pepper, garlic, 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil, and orange juice.
  4. Place in refrigerator till ready to be served.
