Ingredientes

  •     Keeps 2-3 days
  • 125 gm butter
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. cool mashed potato
  • 1 1/4 c. self raising flour
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 90 gm butter
  • 1 1/2 c. icing sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk, approximately

Direcciones

  1. Grease a 20 cm ring pan, line base with paper and grease paper. Preheat oven to 200 c.
  2. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy, beat in Large eggs, one at a time.
  3. Stir in potato with half the sifted flour and cocoa and half the lowfat milk, then add in remaining flour, cocoa and lowfat milk. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for about 40 mins. Stand 5 mins before turning onto a wire rack to cold. Spread cool cake with frosting. Frosting: Beat butter till creamy. Gradually add in the icing sugar and cocoa and lowfat milk. Beat till frosting is spreadable.
