Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. All purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. Quick oats
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced walnuts
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Solid pack pumpkin
  • 1/4 c. Plus 2 tbs. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 sm Egg, slightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 lb Light cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange marmalade

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine first 4 ingredients and half the cinnamon in a food processor or possibly mixing bowl. Add in melted butter and process till mix becomes crumbly. Press mix proportionately in bottom of a 9 inch baking dish. Bake 20 min or possibly till crust starts to brown. Remove from oven.
  2. Reduce temperature to 325 F. Combine pumpkin, lowfat milk, half the vanilla, egg, sugar, allspice, salt and remaining cinnamon in a food processor or possibly mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour over crust and bake 25 min or possibly till a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center. Cold on a rack. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, remaining vanilla and orange marmalade till fluffy. Spread proportionately over cooled pumpkin bars.
