Ingredientes

  • 1 x 432 gram can chick peas, (14oz)
  • 2 Tbsp. Tahini
  • 125 gm Virtually fat free fromage frais, (4oz)
  • 1/2 x Lemon, juice of
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Place all the ingredients, except the extra virgin olive oil and the parsley, in a blender or possibly food processor and blend to a smooth puree.
  2. Transfer the mix to a serving dish.
  3. Drizzle over the extra virgin olive oil, and then garnish with the parsley.
