Receta Quick Bread Pudding

Ingredients

4-5 slices of bread

Instructions

Stir in the custard powder in 1/4 cup milk. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Now pour the custard powder milk in the saucepan and keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps. It might take 10-12 minutes on medium heat to get thickened.

Allow it to come to room temperature. If you are going to serve it later, refrigerate it.

Pour a layer of custard in a serving bowl and then add the bread cubes. Pour another layer of custard covering the bread entirely. Set it for sometime to soak through completely. Just before serving, top it with nuts.
