Ingredientes

  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon Jello
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn strawberries (partially thawed)
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
  • 2 ounce. coconut
  • 2 ounce. minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve Jello in 1 c. boiling water. Let Jello, gel till slightly thickened. Add in lowfat sour cream, peaches and strawberries and blend with mixer. Add in coconut and nuts. Pour into 5 c. mold or possibly nice crystal bowl. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  2. I use the small Tupperware mold. It works beautifully.
