Ingredientes

  • 1 lb saugage such as Tennessee Pride Country Sausage (mild or possibly warm)
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) whole tomatoes including juice, minced
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. elbow macaroni or possibly other small pasta
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 x to 1 tsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Cook sausage, onion, and green pepper in large skillet till sausage is browned and vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in tomatoes, water, macaroni, sugar, and chili pwdr. Cover and simmer 20 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Heat through, but don't boil.
