Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 1 x Green pepper, minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Gebhardt's Chili Pwdr
  • 1 c. Tomatoes
  • 1 c. Meat stock or possibly water

Direcciones

  1. Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in the butter till soft; add in flour, salt and Gebhardt's Chili Pwdr and stir till smooth. Add in tomatoes and meat stock or possibly water. Cook till thickened and smooth.
  2. Strain if you like.
