Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 5 lg. fresh tomatoes, seeded & minced
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 10 ounce. angel hair pasta or possibly linguine
  • 1/2 pound scallops
  • 1/2 pound shrimp
  • 1 can minced clams, rinsed & liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in oil in 3 qt saucepan over medium heat till soft (about 4 min). Add in garlic, cook 1 minute. Add in wine, cook till wine is evaporated 4-5 min. Remove from heat. Stir tomatoes, pasta, basil, salt, pepper and oregano into onion mix.
  2. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally till sauce is thick, about 20 min. Stir in clams, shrimp and scallops. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally till shrimp and scallops are cooked (about 20 min). Serve over pasta.
