  • Brioche 3 slices
  • Red onions 20 gr
  • Cream cheese 20 gr
  • Dill 5 gr
  • Capers 5 gr
  • Lemon 1 ea
  • Gratted egg yolk 10 gr
  • Gratted egg white 10 gr
  • Salt
  • Pepper
