Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Le Heavenly Homemade Chocolate Soft
  •     Serve Mix - (14 grams)
  • 2 1/4 c. heavy cream divided
  • 3/4 c. egg whites
  • 4 x Endulge Chocolate Candy Bars (1.06 ounce ea) minced

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl combine mix, 2 c. heavy cream and egg whites. With electric mixer on low speed, beat till combined. Increase speed to medium and beat till slightly increased in bulk, about 2 min.
  2. Pour ice cream mix into ice cream maker. Process according to manufacturer's directions.
  3. Heat remaining 1/4 c. heavy cream and Endulge bars over moderate heat, stirring often till chocolate melted and mix is smooth; set aside to cold 10 min.
  4. Place one-half of ice cream into a shallow container. Drizzle one-half of the chocolate mix over ice cream. Drag a knife through the chocolate and ice cream in a zigzag pattern to swirl. (Be careful not to over mix.) Repeat with remaining ice cream and chocolate. Refrigerate1 hour.
  5. This recipe yields 8 servings.
  6. Comments: If you do not have any Atkins Endulge bars on hand, you can substitute with a quarter-c. sugar-free miniature chocolate chips.
