Ingredientes

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and divided
  • additional sugar

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
  2. Combine flour and baking soda.
  3. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with 1/3 cup lemonade concentrate.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  7. Remove to wire racks. Brush with remaining lemonade concentrate.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar.
  9. Cool.
