Ingredientes

  • 1 recipe graham cracker crust (below)
  • 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 3 (8 ounce.) dairy lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Prepare graham cracker crust as directed. Set aside.
  2. For filling: In a large bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla and almond extract just till smooth. Add in Large eggs all at once; beat with electric mixer on low speed just till blended; do not over beat. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Turn into the prepared crust.
  3. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 55 min or possibly till the center appears slightly set. To test for doneness, gently shake the pan. Cold for 30 min or possibly more; remove sides of pan. Cold for 2 hrs more. Cover and chill. Serve with your favorite topping.
