Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt date or possibly nut bread mix
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries -- minced, well liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour bottom of 8- x 4 inch loaf pan.
  2. Inlarge bowl, combine bread mix, water, lowfat sour cream, and egg; stir 50 to 75 strokesuntil dry particles are moistened. Stir in chocolate chips and cherries; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 55 to 65 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold upright in pan 15 min. Remove from pan; cold completely before slicing. Store loaf covered in refrigerator.
  3. Yield: 8 servings.
