Receta Sour Cream Steak

Ingredientes

Salt and pepper to taste 4 Tablespoons-bone steaks, 1 1/2 inches thick

1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

1. Salt and pepper both sides of steaks. Spread each side of steak with 1 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream and let stand for 2 hrs. Charcoal or possibly oven broil to desired doneness. Yield: 4 servings.
