Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. veg. oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. orange peel, grated
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 6 shoulder lamb chops, 1 inch thick

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except chops in shallow pan. Place chops in pan and marinate 2 hrs, turning after 1 hour. Arrange chops on broiler rack. Place under broiler 2 to 3 inches from heat. Broil 8 to 10 min till brown. Turn chops and brush with marinade them broil 6 to 8 min till brown. 6 servings.
