20for%20review,%20it%20is%20a%20book%20I%20would%20have%20purchased%20myself,%20just%20based%20on%20the%20index%20alone.%20I%20recommend%20it%20to%20dieters%20and%20non-dieters%20alike%20and%20I%20can't%20wait%20to%20explore%20it%20further.%20Its%20absolutely%20...%20Divalicious!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBon%20appetite!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
