Receta Spinach Strawberry Salad

Ingredientes

4 c. Torn spinach 2 c. Sliced strawberries 1/2 c. Sliced green onions 3 Tbsp. Fresh orange juice

2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted

Direcciones

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently. Combine juice, vinegar, and oil in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk till blended.
2. Drizzle over spinach mix, and toss well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
