Ingredientes

  • 1 x Grouse dressed
  •     Lemon juice
  •     Bacon strips
  •     Flour for dusting
  • 1/2 c. Minced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Grated or possibly diced onion
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Rub grouse with lemon juice inside and out. Stuff with mushroom stuffing. Cover grouse breast with bacon. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees, and bake for a further 25 min. Remove, dust with flour , bake a further 10 min at 450 degress.
