Tarakihi With Lemon And Caper Dressing

Ingredientes

  • 75 ml Extra virgin olive oil, (5tbsp)
  • 1/2 x Lemon, juice of
  •     Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
  •     Salt & freshly grnd black pepper
  • 30 ml Capers, liquid removed and roughly minced (2tbsp)
  • 30 ml Garlic chives, minced (2tbsp)
  • 4 x Tarakihi steaks, each weighing approximately 175g (6oz)
  •     Butter for frying

Direcciones

  1. Whisk oil into lemon juice. Add in lemon zest, seasoning, capers and chives.
  2. Season fish and pan-fry in butter for 3-4 min each side or possibly till thoroughly cooked.
  3. Remove from pan and keep hot.
  4. Hot the lemon dressing in the frying pan and pour over the fish. Serve with couscous.
