Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 to 5 c. flour
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • Add in buttermilk till desired consistency
  • Food coloring, optional

  1. Cream together butter and sugar; blend in large eggs. Put together rest of ingredients with mixer in large bowl. Roll onto lightly floured surface 1/8 inch thick. Cut with cookie cutter. Bake on ungreased sheet at 375 degrees for approximately 10 min. These are super simple. The thicker you roll them out, the chewier they are. The thinner ones are crispy. Also do not overbake.Take them out just as they begin to brown; they may not even look done, but overbaking makes them tough. More flour may be needed depending on humidity, etc. to make dough of rolling consistency.
