Top Hat Coffee Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 unbeaten large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in large eggs, cream and vanilla. Beat well. Sift flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Stir into above. Spoon half mix into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle on half of reserved topping. Then remaining batter and sprinkle rest of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Stir in butter and nuts. Mix first and reserve.
