Ingredientes

  • 1 can creamed mushroom or possibly celery soup
  • 1 can of lowfat milk
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 lg. can tuna fish
  • 1 tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Place creamed soup, lowfat milk, butter and onions in saucepan and cook till well blended. Add in tuna and remove from heat. Add in 1/2 c. lowfat milk to Bisquick and stir with a fork. Turn onto a floured board and knead a few times. With hands pat dough into rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up like a jelly roll from the long side. Cut about 9 rolls. Pour sauce into a square casserole and arrange rolls on top of sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 min or possibly till a golden brown color.
