This is an easy and tasty Tzatzki recipe. It is great with anything Greek or Medierranean. Use Greek yogurt if possilbe. It has a much denser consistency than American. If you can't find it drain regular yogurt in cheese cloth to remove as much liquid as possible.

      Hi Myra:
Yes I am posting to the Greek group. I just joined your deli group today. I have several posts that would fit that group and plan to post them soon. I noticed you recently posted a Greek yogurt dip as well. Mine was meant to go with the Avgolemono recipe that I posted at the same time. I aslo have recipes that would fit into the BBQ & Tex Mex group. I am enjoying your posts as they are down home and fill the bill for many occasions. Keep up the great work!
      Bob
