Veal With Wine

Ingredientes

  • Veal (5 to 6 pcs)
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 teaspoon oregano

Direcciones

  1. Lb. and flour veal. Brown in lightly oiled pan.
  2. Remove veal to plate.
  3. To frying pan add in: finely minced onion and garlic, bouillon, water, wine, and oregano.
  4. Add in meat to pan. Simmer 1 hour.
  5. Cold and chill (preferably overnight).
  6. Next day, add in a little more wine and heat.
  7. Serve over rice.
