.%20I%20can't%20say%20that%20I%20disagree%20-%20this%20huge%20burger%20(13%20oz)%20was%20perfectly%20cooked%20to%20a%20medium%20leaving%20the%20center%20a%20perfect%20warm%20pink%20and%20delicious%20even%20without%20any%20toppings%20(I%20decided%20to%20go%20without%20the%20cheese%20as%20to%20taste%20the%20burger%20better%20but%20I%20did%20make%20use%20of%20the%20lettuce%20and%20tomato%20slice).%20This%20stop%20was%20recommended%20by%20a%20fellow%20music%20writer%20on%20Hidden%20Track%20and%20I%20have%20to%20say%20it%20was%20the%20perfect%20way%20to%20start%20our%20Miami%20Beach%20vacation%20-%20from%20the%20gritty%20Ex-New%20Yorkers%20telling%20a%20story%20in%20the%20booth%20next%20to%20us%20telling%20a%20story%20that%20would%20be%20more%20appropriate%20for%20a%20frat%20boy%20than%20a%2050%20year%20old%20man%20to%20the%20gorgeous%20boats%20that%20floated%20by%20allowing%20us%20to%20day%20dream%20as%20we%20waited%20to%20meet%20our%20burger.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20spent%20the%20next%20few%20days%20drinking%20frozen%20concoctions%20at%20the%20Clevelander,%20checking%20out%20a%20local%20sushi%20spot,%20and%20trying%20Greek%20favorite,which%20was%20featured%20on%20Rachel%20Ray's%20$40%20a%20day%20show,%20Taverna%20Opa!%20(which%20did%20have%20a%20pretty%20awesome%20happy%20hour%20deal).%20We%20also%20made%20sure%20to%20check%20out%20the%20local%20gelato%20shop%20that%20was%20featured%20on%20the%20MTV's%20Jersey%20Shore%20for%20a%20double%20guilty%20pleasure.%20To%20start%20off%20our%20birthday%20day%20of%20fun,%20we%20had%20brunch%20on%20Ocean%20and%20enjoyed%20an%20interesting%20take%20on%20a%20Eggs%20Benedict%20at%20the%20Park%20Central%20Hotel.%20While%20the%20English%20muffin%20and%20poached%20egg%20were%20there,%20pancetta,%20spinach%20and%20fresh%20mozzarella%20replaced%20the%20standard%20ingredients.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOur%20last%20night%20we%20decided%20to%20dine%20at%20WISH%20in%20The%20Hotel%20of%20South%20Beach.%20Wish%20is%20located%20on%20Collins%20which%20is%20one%20of%20the%20main%20streets%20in%20South%20Beach%20filled%20with%20stylish%20art%20deco%20hotels.%20The%20first%20night%20when%20we%20were%20walking%20around%20we%20noticed%20the%20patio%20area%20at%20The%20Hotel%20and%20assumed%20it%20was%20some%20sort%20of%20bar%20however%20WISH%20is%20much%20more.%20As%20a%20four%20Diamond%20restaurant,%20you%20anticipate%20an%20exciting%20experience%20and%20WISH%20delivers.%20From%20the%20glowing%20menu%20to%20the%20electric%20cocktails,%20you%20never%20forget%20that%20you%20are%20on%20one%20of%20the%20trendiest%20street%20of%20South%20Beach.%20I%20really%20enjoyed%20the%20maple%20cream%20on%20the%20Pan%20Seared%20Diver%20Scallops%20and%20just%20couldn't%20get%20enough%20of%20the%20pickled%20radish%20on%20the%20Maine%20Lobster%20Ravioli.%20The%20pairings%20were%20exciting%20and%20had%20me%20peaking%20back%20at%20the%20menu%20at%20times%20amazed%20at%20the%20synergy%20between%20the%20ingredients.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
