Receta White Chocolate Dipped CupidMallows
by Turnips2Tangerines

I found these cute heart shaped, pink and white, strawberry & vanilla flavored marshmallows at the grocery store.

Campfire Marshmallows have the best flavored marshmallows and I have used many of their different flavors, such as:

fruit swirlers

lemon meringue

key lime

tutti frutti

and

striped zebras.

There are so many ways you could use these cute, heart shaped marshmallows. You can top your favorite Valentine cupcakes or cake with a CupidMallow. Float a marshmallow in a mug of hot chocolate for your favorite Valentine or make crsipy treats.

I decided to make: White Chocolate Dipped CupidMallows~ The recipe was on the back of the bag of CupidMallows but I changed it slightly. I used white chocolate chips, tinted with red food coloring and french vanilla coffee creamer, in place of the milk, to add an extra layer of vanilla flavor. *Note: I didn't find white chocolate dipped marshmallows with sprinkles, in my handy dandy Weight Watchers Points Plus Pocket Guide....but I only ate two, ok, I ate three, and a half...The rest I gave to my mail lady who was more than happy and surprised when I thrust them in her hand when she knocked on my door to deliver a package:)

Microwave white chocolate chips and creamer in a microwave-safe bowl on medium power 1 to 2 minutes, or until melted. Stir in food coloring. Stir until smooth. Place a toothpick into each CupidMallow and dip in chocolate. (I found it easier to do this by hand.) Roll in coconut or sprinkles. Set on wax paper and place in refrigerator to set.
