Acerca de mí

Soul, Southern, Italian Seafood and Chinese cooking all interest me. Healthy, great tasting and quick all appeal to me. During the fall and winter months soups and stews are always on rotation.
Recently found myself cooking more than usual. My friends and family enjoy and ask what ingredients I used etc. I never gave it much thought I began receiving request for certain meals and dishes. Family said I should think about a lunch shop type business. I don't know about that, however I do enjoy cooking something new to keep my recipes updated and fresh.
I'm a scratch cook, learned from my mom and have been adding my own experimental touches to old favorites.
