Born in a small town outside of Philadelphia(Chester). As a kid, I had some early dreams of owning a restaurant. Through my later years in business, from the Auto industry to Real Estate, my passion for cooking has always been present. After 20 years of hard work, I pursued a new career path in the culinary arts field. After completing school at Le Cordon Blue®, I gained quit a bit of experience working in fine dinning restaurants such as McCormick & Schmick's™, Beverly Hills. Now I would love to share many creative dishes to stimulate your palate. I also worked on major awards shows (Oscars, Emmy's) as well as red carpet events and film premiers under well known chefs such as Wolfgang Puck and Along Came Mary in order to gain valuable experience in the catering industry. From this experience and the support of many, I ventured out on my own and began booking private parties to bring an international twist as well as innovative traditional flavors to the table.
