Since, I was a child,I always "KNEW", that I was "Born" to become a great"cook"! Having been blessed..to have had"Both" of my "Meme" {Great-Grandmothre}& my"Mamie"{Grandmothre}{ESP} with "All of Their Knowlegde" of ovre 150 years of recipes..As well as my Mothre & more than 10 of her sistres{my Aunts} to teach me what and how many different ways to cook them!!! As I had grown up in France,as well as in the U.S. & "Blessed" to have travelled in Europe,at such a very important age.I have been very" blessed"{with my husband},Dean... to have been financially able to purchase a townhouse in Sint Martin,{in the Carribean Ocean}.For the past 30 plus years, I have enjoyed cooking ,as much as learning.I am the type of "Cook" ,that I just happen to be able to know what,foods would go well with anothre.I am grateful to be able to add to"My Families"recipes.As I have really nevre used "Used" one though.{Except by memory}. I am thankful to have been able to have taught all my children as well as my loving husband,{My Sous Chef}.Dean, how to cook, and I continue to look forward to many more years of doing,my 1st "LOVE" ..."Cooking"!! I, LOVE to Cook!! Making delicious food,for my family & friends.Keeping my Families"Cooking Tradition"Alive.. For as long as The Good Lord Allows me to. Cooking delicious food,is also a wonderful way to keep the "Families "Ties ..
