Gratefully Gluten Free Perfil

I am a very simple person. I want to learn to cook but I also need to learn to cook gluten and lactose free. I am also diabetic, just to make things more challenging...lol

I would like to follow someone who is on the same journey. I know you cook alot of gluten free recipes and hope that you can direct me or tell me to jump aboard..lol

I may not need to eat gluten-free...however, I prefer it since it is kinder to my insides.
