Chef Jan, Need your help with Miss Dot's Pound Cake Recipe.......I have made it twice (back to back) and each time it comes out raw....with outer looking golden brown & inserted toothpick coming out clean. I'm using a bundt pan and have had no issues baking other recipes in the bundt pan. It is a silver(dark) bundt pan so I'm thinking I need to use a different bundt pan. I'm a caterer and have orders for this pound cake.......help! Why is the cake not cooking all the way............flavor is wonderful but texture is underbaked.
