I just joined this site and noticed that you live by me and are interested in some of the same stuff as me. I grind my whole grain flours at home. We use a lot of wheat and Oats. I live on Hardy Rd. I would love to chat and get to know you better. I would be interested in checking out your bread receipes. I use a bosch mixer and a nurtigrain mill and make everything by hand.
