I yearn to be a gourmet cook/chef BUT I do not want to work in a restaurant. I want to cook for family and friends and keep them coming back for more. And I enjoy FLAVORFUL FOOD. Not bland. I don't think you always have to use SALT in foods to make them taste good. Now I love salt mind you but I have some friends that don't or can't have salt in their diet so how to make it taste good is a major factor for me and them.

I am HUNGRY for not just food, but GOOD FOOD THAT HAS FLAVOR TO IT. I am more interested in LIVING A GOOD LIFE FULL OF FLAVOR than to be stuck in a rut because someone else DECIDES FOR ME WHAT I CAN EAT OR NOT. It is my life and I ought to get to choose how I want to live it. We all die sooner or later and perfect health does not keep you from dying. So, I am more interested in QUALITY of LIFE than QUANIITY OF LIFE. On one hand, I can die with a smile on my face and the other I can go out like I have been sucking on lemons. So, FLAVOR IS EVERYTHING to me and the FLAVOR WE ARE CAN BEST BE KNOWN BY HOW FLAVORFUL OUR MEALS ARE. AND I AM NOT BLAND! JUST CALL ME "ROBUSTO." :>)
