I am a passionate and dedicated individual who has a passion for great food and enjoy cooking. I have many years of experience which I have practice in many aspects of cooking. This gives me the opportunity to build sound techniques and skills in baking,
of breads desserts, hot and cold sauces, many other dishes I have cooked in my lifetime.
I recently retired from the workforce and decided to spend some time writing recipes.
This is new to me getting use to the site, so please bear with me I will get better as I
go along. Welcome all feedback.
Influencias de Cocina
I got my influence from my mom, as a kid growing up on Tortola British Virgin Islands, I was always in the kitchen. The oldest of my siblings, I had to prepared meals for my younger siblings, my mom will always tell me in her house I have to learn to wash cook and iron because not every man is going to get a good female. I have plenty years of experience in variety of kitchens hotels fine dining and catering throughout Virgin Islands
and United State. As a professional chef I prepared dishes from simple elegance to
gourmet selections, I also got publicity in the Island Accents Magazine of the BVI and also the daily newspaper of USVI.
