I wanted a quick reference method that would locate presentation ideas, styles, and different types of garnishment.
Mostly large platters but an individual plate is still a platter.
Save and locate the best looking food presentations that we know!
Talk about food photos from magazines and discuss the most likely way that it was actually made.
If you think it looks gorgeous...that's good enough to enter.
The photo should show the final presentation.
