About this group

Does CES really need *another* group about Italian food? There are already so many... and I should know, because I started a good number of them myself!

Well, imho, there is a need for a English language group that features real, authentic Italian cooking and *only* that. You know, the kind of food you might actually eat in Italy. The group that will also feature articles on authentic Italian techniques and ingredients.

Over time, I hope this group will become a 'bridge' between the Italian and English language versions of CES. To that end, this group will feature translated recipes of some great Italian chefs who should be getting more attention on CES.

Contributions are most welcome from anyone, of course, but in order to achieve the goal of authenticity, I will carefully collect and curate the posts that are added to this group. We love all the recipes you can find here on CES, but this group is only for a particular kind of recipe... :)
