Guys,

Not to sound like the food police, but do bear in mind, this group is dedicated to CHINESE food. There seem to be an awful lot of recipes here for dishes that, to my knowledge, are not Chinese. As delicious as these dishes are, people come to this group to find another kind of cooking... so please let's reserve this space for Chinese dishes!

I think a good group for just chinese recipes would be good. I'd love to learn how to cook chinese food. I certainly enjoy eating it....
