Hi everybody,
I am here for I believe we can eat healthy foods... but on our daily routine, we think that to turn vegetables into a delicious dish is a hard work... I am here to learn .

Hi Rejane,
Let's learn this together. It's worth the effort! We'll be healthier and happier as a result! And remember, beans and lentils have almost as many nutrients as vegetables, and can be combined with vegetables for delicious stews. Whole grains and fruits are also healthy. So we've got more to work with than just veggies!
