Should I post the recipe here for this old PA Dutch (German) dish? I wish I had a picture to post with it, as I have had it twice recently, and never thought to take a picture! Can't make it again until I find another source of the pig stomach since I moved from PA. I have no recipes of sausage per se, but do likeand make sausage dishes. Thanks for the invite! I hope to learn something!

ABSOLUTELY! You and I have discussed this delicious-sounding dish before, and this is definitely a great recipe. Looking forward to making this - and don't forget to suggest any sides, accompaniments, beverages, etc to round out a dinner menu.
Jann - I am looking forward to this recipe - best regards, Amos

OK, will do. I just wasn't sure if I had to do it. It is a great old recipe...and tastes so good! It is impossible to get the same great taste from sausage and potatoes any other way, IMHO.
