Cannot Add Recipes to a Theme

I created a theme, but I can't add recipes to it. When I use the Add Recipes search box and then click the Add button, I get a pop-up box that says "aaa." After clicking the Ok button on that pop-up box, another pop-up box appears under it which asks me to sign-up or log-in, even though I was logged in. After logging-in again, I'm returned to the Theme's edit page, but no recipe was added.
