Recipe entry format suggestions

There needs to be an option in the directions portion of the recipes for subheadings to create separate parts of a recipe, e.g. cooking the meat / making the sauce.

It would also be nice to have an optional field for cooking notes, similar to the way Sunset Magazine does their recipes. I know this could be included in the main summary, but it would stand out better in a field of its own.
