do you have advise how to thicken my caramel sauce on the stove, i need it thicker:)

Hi, Jen - you have several options, and the answer depends on what you have in mind for the end use of the caramel.

Sorry for the delayed reply, Jen. The most common method seems to be to reduce the amount of cream that goes into the caramel sauce. Alternatively, you can add a little cornstarch to the sauce. I'd mix maybe a tsp of cornstarch with a tsp of cream and blend it into the caramel. You can continue to add more cornstarch to get to the desired thickness. A little goes a long way though, so start small and add as needed!
