Re: Turkey in NuWave

everything I see is 12 minutes per pound turning half way through on the 1" rack, that is what I was planning on doing today.

Anyone else done this ?

Re: Turkey in NuWave

I have made turkey's in the new wave oven before. Usually a 10-12 pound one. I cook them on the lowest rack like you said but I turn them three time. and baste at that time. If your not careful, they can dry out. When the turkey is as browned as you would like, wrap it in tinfoil and let it finish cooking. It keeps it moist.
Hope this helps.
