Re: Nu Wave Cooks

I prepare really simple meals. The last meal prepared in my NuWave were chicken breast and red potatoes I put tin foil over my 4" rack and put my chicken breasts on it. Instead of marinating the breasts I sprinkled the mesquite marinade mix (just the powder--didn't turn it into a marinade) to flavor the chicken. I then washed and put the small red potatoes in the bottom pan and cooked the frozen breasts 10 minutes on each side. The potatoes were done when the chicken was done.

Re: Nu Wave Cooks

We haven't mastered the whole meal thing yet. Seems we can make several things very well in the nuwave, but meals tend to throw us off. I can say that the recipe for the sweet potato fries/slices is excellent. Not too sweet, but very tasty.

Re: Nu Wave Cooks-Meatloaf

You don't need loaf pans to make meatloaf. I just mix my meat mix and my vegetables together and just form a meat patty like I want it to look and put it on the 4 inch rack and the fat drips off and when it looks done it probably is and no one has ever complained! Just be sure to spray the rack with non stick spray first!
