quick food question-french fries, fish etc.

Hello,
I have been wanting a Nuwave Oven for quite a while and this year Santa was good to me. Now I have much to learn. I will be scanning recipes and comments today to get aquainted with this product. While I am doing this can anyone start me off by answering a quick question? How is the best way to prepare the items such a french fries, frozen breaded shrimp, fish sticks, fish fillets etc. Although this is a two person household my husband seldom eats the same things I do so I need to prepare single serving items. My taste runs more towards chicken and fish and I am hoping to find recipes that conserve time and energy whild preparing only one or two servings.
