I am looking for a recipe for calzone.. we have master pizza. How do you know how long to cook an item from a conventional over recipe?

Just got my oven today, I want to make cornish hens, can I put the potatoes on the bottom and the chicken on top, I cannot find a recipe so I thought I would ask if you have a recipe
