I've begun doing that conversion. I'm a relatively new Nuwave user and am wondering if there is a conversion chart that shows if you do a roast in the oven at 350 for X minutes, that means in the Nuwave it will take X minutes. Or is there a formula that one can use instead of going by guess and by gosh.

I'm also writing to the magazines that I subscribe to like Cooking LIte, the various Taste of Homes, Food Network etc and requesting that they start including info about Nuwave oven cooking.
